Automatic analyzer for OKB
The subject of the public contract is the free loan of an automatic analyzer for OKB for 24 months and the supply of reagents, calibrators, controls, system solutions and consumables (according to the annexes to the Framework Agreement and the Loan Agreement, the minimum technicaltechnical parameters and requirements for the automatic analyzer, reagents and consumables and the requirement to calculate the consumption of individual reagents, calibrators, controls, system solutions and consumables, the number of determinations for 24 months), starting from the day of delivery and commissioning of the automatic analyzer andits accessories into operation on the ground floor of building "D" in the premises of the Psychiatric Hospital in Opava on Olomoucka Street in Opava. Taking into account the impossibility of accurate prediction, the contracting authority determined the amount of required performance (delivery of goods) by a qualified estimate, based on real consumption over the last period of 12 mthousands. For this reason, the payment will be taken based on the current needs of the client, depending on the number and composition of patients.
