Description:
The subject of this public order is the provision of audit services to the extent required by law. 280/1992 Coll., on departmental, sectoral, corporate and other health insurers, including later regulations (Health Insurance Act), and other first regulations. These are:
a) carried out an audit of annual summaries and a draft annual report at first in according to the contracting authority in the sense of the Health Insurance Act, Act . 93/2009 Coll., on auditors and on the amendment of some laws (Act on Auditors), in the meaning of later regulations, auditing standards required by the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, including international auditing standards, including the drafting of comply with the first prescription no later than 31 March in the year following the audited year and discuss it with the Audit Committee of the Contracting Authority,
b) a preliminary audit of ethnicity (trial audit).
