Methodology, in accordance with Act No. 93/2009 Coll., On Auditors, as amended and
issue of the auditor's report;
b) elaboration of an additional report of the Audit Committee in the extent and deadlines of the requirements

c) Elaboration of a letter to keep the MV CR (Management Letter) with recommendations for improvement
accounting and internal control system;
d) Based on the results of verifying the subject of the contract specified in Article I of the Agreement elaborates
