The subject of the public contract is the selection of a joint auditor to verify individual and consolidated financial statements, annual reports, as well as sustainability reports (ESG) for the accounting period closed on 31 12. 2026 and on 31 12. 2027, and other auditor servicesIn particular, Act No. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Accounting Act"), Act No. 93/2009 Coll., On Auditors and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Auditors") and Regulation (EU)specific requirements for the obliged audit of public interest entities and to annul the decision of the Commission 2005/909/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"); with international audit standards and related application clauses and internal standards of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Auditors' Services"), according to specificthe needs of the contracting authorities.
