Audit services 2023 - 2026
Description of the contract: Conducting a pre-audit and presenting the results of the pre-audit to the Bank's management and bodies incl. Audit Committee of the Bank. Verified non-consolidated financial statements according to CAS (Czech Accounting Standards). Verification of the annual report, including verification of data on prudent business operations of the Bank.Preparation of the MiFID report (report on the adequacy of the measures taken to protect the client's assets). Verified relationship reports. Drafting of a Letter for the management of the contracting authority. Verification of data on liabilities in accordance with the ISAE 3000 standard, verification of data for calculating the contribution to the Crisis Resolution Fund. Fromprofessional consultation in the field of accounting, reporting and regulatory affairs in the maximum range of 50 hours per year. Confirmation of the honoring of receivables according to par. 105 of the Act c. 182/2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and ways of resolving it (Insolvency Act), as amended, with a maximum number of 100 confirmations per year. Additional report for the Committeefor audit.
