- physical supply of natural gas to the offtake points (hereinafter referred to as the delivery) with the takeoversectors and on amendments to certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, as amended. No. 349/2015 Coll., on the rules of the gas market, as amended and within the meaning of the Decrees of the Energy Regulatory Office of the ERO),
- Ensuring a regulated approach to the transmission system andDistribution systems and provision of system services,
- Ensuring billing of both regulated and unregulated components of natural gas price.4 332 MWh (ie approx. 2 166 MWh/year), for the delivery period from 01.01.2026 6:00 am until 1.1.2028 6:00 am
