- physical supply of natural gas to the offices of contracting authorities (hereinafter referred to as the delivery) with the takeover of the obligation to remove natural gas,
- delegation of liability for deviation to the supplier pursuant to Act No. 458/2000 Coll.and on the amendment of some laws (Energy Act), as amended, as amended. No. 349/2015 Coll.Systems and Ensuring of System Services,
