The subject of the public contract is: -Physical supply of electricity to the contracting authority's supply point (hereinafter referred to as the delivery) with the takeover of the obligation to remove electricity from the electricity system, - State Administration in Energy Security and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Energy Act), as amended and within the meaning of the Energy Regulatory Office Decree No. 408/2015 Coll. Energy Act, as amended and other implementing decrees to this Act, as amended, -Insurance of regulated access to transmission systems and distribution systems and provision of system services, -insurance of billing of regulated and unregulated components of electricity.
