- The subject of the public contract is the revitalization of the existing park, which is located on the site of the former municipal shooting range at the corner of U stadionu and Na strΔlnici streets.
The revitalization consists in the remediation of selected existing greenery, which is represented in the park by tree and shrub layers.
They were primarily selected for sanitation trees severely damaged, dying or dead with very little prospect of further growth. Furthermore, trees that are undesirable with regard to the target composition will be removed.
The remaining stumps after felling will be removed by milling and grubbing.
Most of the shrubbery will also be cleared floors and a flower bed.
Existing lawns will be regenerated.
The contract also includes the provision of 5-year follow-up care.
In the coordinated opinion No. SMOL/368420/2023/ODUR/UUP/Sin from on April 29, 2024, a condition was established for the presence of biological surveillance, the selection of which is the subject of a separate contract.
They consist in the rehabilitation of existing buildings, the construction of park paths, sidewalks and paved areas, in the installation of small architecture, furniture, game and fitness elements and in the execution of public lighting and fountains incl. technology and connection to water distribution and LV.
