Description of the contract: The subject of the contract is to ensure inspections of bodies that die in the South Bohemian region outside the medical facility in accordance with ยง 84 paragraph 2 letter. b) of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and conditions of their provision (Act on Health Services), as amended (hereinafter "the Act on Health Insurance") and to the extent and in accordance with the terms of reference. in arranging body examinations for all those who died in the South Bohemian Region continuously, ie 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, in operating a telephone number, which will be available at the time for arranging body examinations, working closely with the relevant authorities, companies and organizations, the subject of performance of the contract in accordance with the relevant regulations, observe decent and efficient behavior, etc.
