Description: The subject of the public contract is a comprehensive provision of services associated with the imposition of documents arising from the activities of the Contracting Authority, their registration, including overview records of the quantity and type of documents and storage for the needs of the contracting entity, document search, providing their copies, or sending originals. Furthermore, the implementation of proper shredding proceedings through the relevant archive, ie the transmission of documents, or their shredding. And further implementation of the collection of documents from current external libraries: Lesná, Hostim and Prague Beet.
The contract includes loading, collection and classification of 11550 bm documents from the external file space to the service authority.
The contracting entity decided not to indicate the expected value of the public contract.
The subject of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of a contract concluded with the supplier, namely indefinitely (the contracting authority foresees public procurement for at least 10 years).
