Description: The competition is the processing of architectural and project solutions building facilities for providing residence social services of protected housing in K. Nová Paka. Target group services are adults with intellectual (mental) or. Combined disabilities, ie, among others, with a possible momentum limitation.
The contracting entity is seeking solutions that combine high aesthetic values with smart operational solutions and functional properties in the area of energy utilization, and therefore optimal economic demands throughout the duration of the project.
