- The subject of this public contract is the implementation of the maintenance of greenery in cemeteries that are managed by the contracting authority (the list of cemeteries forms Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation). These services consist of carrying out professional andrboristic interventions on trees (including solving crisis situations caused by e.g. felling, breaking trees, falling branches, fire, etc.) and include all related work, such as removing tree stumps, cleaning up the generated waste, ensuring the safety of cemetery visitors and other necessary connectionsperforming actions. The method and principles of work execution, which the contractor must follow, are described in detail in Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation.
Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation is an itemized price list for calculating the tender price. In the Price List, individual specific works and services are specified in detailhz implementation is assumed by the contracting authority during the performance of the subject of the public contract, including the expected frequency/quantity of the performance of these works and services.
Contractors must take into account obstacles related to the nature of the environment in which the subject of the public contract will be performed. The work will take place in zharsh conditions using tree climbing techniques and equipment. When carrying out the required activities, one must always keep in mind the respect for the place. m. of Prague 2024
