- The subject of the public contract is the design of the arborist treatment of tree species and related work on burial sites managed by SHMB, p.o.
The contracting authority has divided the public contract within the meaning of Sections 35 and Section 101 of the ZZVZ into 3 parts, each part of the public contract is a completely separate subject of the contracting authority's procedure in the tender management. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one, two or all three parts of the public contract. Unless the tender documentation stipulates otherwise, the Supplier is obliged to submit the required documents or documents for each part of the public contract for which he submits an offer, separately.
The subject of filling in individual Parts of the Public Procurement will be:
Part 1: Felling of trees and milling of stumps, planting and aftercare - the subject of part 1 are services to ensure the felling of trees, even in difficult conditions with a platform or tree -steering technique with the gradual triggering of the crown or trunk, removal of stumps with By removing and filling the pit, crushing cut branches of machinery, disposal of wood and related cleaning, planting trees with subsequent care of 3 years, care for existing young plantings and hedges. A more detailed list of activities is given in Annex 3, which consists of an itemized budget for part 1. Felling is possible on the basis of a positive statement from the relevant departments of the environment of the relevant city districts.
Part 2: Arboristic Work - Health Cuts, Educational Slices, Reduction of Crowns - The subject of part 2 are services consisting of educational, safety, health, reduction cuts and in difficult conditions with a platform or tree -steering technique with a gradual triggering of the crown or trunk. A more detailed list of activities is given in Annex 3, which consists of an itemized budget for Part 2.
