• The subject of the public order is construction work consisting in the construction of three apartment buildings with a total capacity of 68 apartments. The houses are located on allocated vacant plots in the typical context of a panel housing estate. Overall concept and layout of new houses in the area it was chosen so that it creates a pleasant and harmonious whole in a quiet area of ​​Brumova in the Družba housing estate. The proposed apartment buildings are designed in accordance with minimal deviations regarding the specific location in the terrain and the connection to the public space.
