Description:
The subject of the public contract is construction work related to the reconstruction of the building located at Trmice, Přemysl Oače 80/15. The building is designed as barrier -free accessible to all floors. Based on the construction work, a total of 8 small residential units in 2 and 3 will be built. aboveground floor. On the 1st floor there are common entrance areas, evacuation lift, and additional services (rehabilitation) and also the premises of the heat exchanger station, drying rooms, maintenance and furniture warehouse. Barrier -free access to the building will be ensured by a new personal elevator operating all floors outside the basement. Access to the elevator is designed from the entrance hall by the main entrance from the yard. The conditional prerequisite for housing is the construction of an evacuation elevator and there will also be a modification of the paved areas of the courtyard and the construction of a pergola. The layout changes, the replacement of part of the bearing Ceil construction, replacement of holes, moisture remediation, object insulation and complete replacement of technical installations. The existing steam connection will be used for heating the building. The heat exchanger station will be equipped with new water for heating and supplying the building. Electro, water and water connections and Sewerage is in an existing building
