• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the new building of the Lošbates apartment building in Louňovice. It is a three -storey non -bound object. On each floor there are two mirrored apartments 2+kk with a usable area of ​​62.6m2 (a total of 375.6m2 on three above -ground floors). Access to individual housing units are Solved over the staircase from the northern side of the apartment building, which is located together with the corridors in a separate block without a completely building facade, ie in fact in the outdoor environment.
