Description: The subject of this VZ is the processing of project documentation (hereinafter referred to as “PD”) for the zoning decision (major), for building permits (DSP), for construction (DPS) incl. List of works, supplies and services incl. The bill and ensuring engineering activities aimed at issuing a final zoning decision and building permit for the construction of the "apartment building and a home for families with children". The PD will be based on the processed investment plan under the name “Available housing in the Brno-Janský locality”, prepared by Ing. Lukáš Blažek, 11/2021. PD will be processed with an emphasis on the balance of the quality of architectural design and investment and operating costs. The Client requires an authorized architect part of the processing team. PD will be elaborated as one project, but with the possibility to stage the construction of individual separate buildings - "apartment building and home for families with children".
