The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of aortic biological valves according to the needs of the contracting authority for 4 years.
The subject of performance includes the establishment and free operation of a consignment warehouse at the place of performance, ie at the cardiac surgery of the University Hospital Hradec Kralove.Public contracts must meet all the requirements placed on it the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, especially Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Re equipment and diagnostic medical devices in vitro, as amended and the requirements stated in this tender documentation.The delivered goods must be without de facto and legal defects. For each implantable medical device on the market according to the new Regulation 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council on medical devices (MDR), which will be delivered to the contracting authority, must be partSubject of performance card with information about the implant and information to be provided by the manufacturer to patients with the implanted agent.
