• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is construction work and related supplies and services consisting in the implementation of anti-flood measures and construction modifications of the main building of Domova Bila Opava, Rybařska 27, Opava. Part of the performance is in particular the implementation of a new horizontal sewage system, including the connection of existing and new fixtures and construction of a new sewer connection to a unified sewer, supply and installation of a new underground grease separator (LAPOL) for kitchen operation including connections and building modifications, complete reconstruction of floor structures in the affected premises of 1.PP and subsequent parts of the 1st floor, including underlying concrete slabs, floor drains and sumps, implementation of waterproofing measures against ground moisture and pressurized water, supply and installation of outdoor aluminum flood barriers, waterproof doors, modification of window openings and replacement of window and door fillings, construction modifications to the interior and technical preparation for new kitchen gastro equipment. This public contract does not include the supply or installation of gastro kitchen equipment; as part of this contract, only interior construction modifications and technical preparation (building structure, installation and connection points) for the subsequent deployment of gastro technology based on a separate order from the contracting authority. This public contract does not include the supply or installation of technological equipment for a substitute source of electrical energy (e.g. diesel generator, UPS). The contractor will only prepare the high-current distributions and connections points for future connection of a spare source according to the project documentation.
