- The subject of the performance of the public order (works) is the supply and construction of the warning and information system of the city of Roztoky (hereafter referred to as VIS), ensuring basic sounding of the flood area of the village through outdoor acoustic units and the integration of detection of rising water levels for early warning of residents.The request will be ensured through partial, interrelated actions in the scope of:
Processing of a digital flood plan (hereinafter referred to as dPP)
Construction of a control workplace, with the possibility of controlling the warning system and providing data with a connection to the existing local warning system in the vicinity of the city of Roztoky. The part includes a control PC with complete backup for 72 hours.
204 pcs of outdoor digital two-way detectors
494 pcs of speakers
1 pc of radio converter
2 pcs of connection to the unified warning and notification system (hereinafter referred to as JSVV)
All used components of the warning system will be bidirectional , ensureproviding online feedback on the status and function of the device. They will broadcast on individual frequencies.
