- The intention of the contracting authority is to build a warning and information system in such a way that it is possible to predict the relevant indicators of danger resulting from an increase in the level and to warn the population at risk at the time of the occurrence of an extraordinary event, thus reducing material damage and protecting the health and lives of residents. The system will soundvat the entire area in question with the help of acoustic wireless units, which are used to transmit warning information to residents in the event of a flood threat.
