Description:
The client intends to build by the end of 2025 a new generation information system for the registration of collections of a museum nature registered in accordance with Act 122/2000 Coll. on the protection of museum collections. The need to build a new generation is primarily justified by the ongoing modernization of the SW equipment of the Ministry of Culture andindividual curators of collections of a museum nature, resulting in an increase in the need for the scope and form of mutual electronic communication, as well as the modernization of the concept and methodological standards.
The subject of this VZ is an analysis of the current state, an analysis of needs and a detailed proposal for a new solution for museum records, incl.preparation of documents for the implementation of the subsequent VZ "Implementation of the Management and Registration of Museum Collections".
The subject VZ is divided into seven, interconnected, sub-parts:
a) development of business analysis of the current state
b) presentation of the vision of the target state (in variants);
c) development of business architecturesy;
d)processing of application and data architecture;
e)processing of technological architecture;
f)processing of detailed technical specification of the target solution;
g)preparation of tender documentation and OHA forms.
