Title: Analysis of the impact of the objectives of the Green Agreement for Europe on the aquaculture sector in the Czech Republic

Description: The subject of the public contract are studies and analyzes that will make it possible to assess the impact of EC initiatives on the aquaculture sector. The Ministry of Agriculture, as the Contracting Authority, is therefore preparing a public contract, which should enable obtaining the necessary information, which will serve both for future negotiations on new legislative measures, but also for targeting support from the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund in the new programming period 2021-2027.
In the interim proposal, the public contract is divided into individual partial performances:
1) Study of the carbon footprint of aquaculture in the Czech Republic,
2) Analysis of excessive amounts of N and P nutrients and their utilization in pond systems,
3) Analysis of non-productive functions of freshwater aquaculture in the Czech Republic,
4) Analysis of the possibility of expanding organic aquaculture in the Czech Republic,
5) Analysis of the possibility of reducing the sale of antimicrobials in aquaculture in the Czech Republic.
