The subject of the public contract is the support of the software products ALVAO Service Desk for 14,500 users, ALVAO ServiceDesk Enterprise API for 14,500 users, ALVAO ServiceDesk for 200 solvers and the ALVAO Outlook Add-in Module for 14,500 users, which is closer defined in Article 3 paragraph 3.1 point 3.1.2 ZD and further provision of individually paid works and services during the operation and maintenance of SW ALVAO according to the requirements of the client, which are further defined in Article 3 paragraph 3.1 point 3.1.3 ZD.
