Description:
The subject of VZMR is the provision of services engaged in the following activities:
1. ALVAO Maintenance support product services for 17,000 PC SW Asset Management 11 include:
the ability to download and use the new version of SW Asset Management, including changed or new documentation,
the ability to download and use the new SW version Asset Management according to the current development of new versions of the operating system and Microsoft applications and technologies,
the possibility to download and use the new version of SW Asset Management according to the changes in the legislation of the Czech Republic (the supplier of the new versions will provide the application for changes to the versions),
provider of media support products Supplier Service Desk.
in:
analysis of required works and services,
changes implemented on the basis of the analysis carried out according to the previous point (e.g. the processing impact of changing the links of organizational structures),
change of clothes, program changes of application equipped,
change in organizational structure links,
transformation and migration of data in the database, which cannot be implemented from the user environment of SW Asset Management.
