- The subject of the public contract is the supply of 14 sets of battery-powered hydraulic rescue equipment with accessories (hereinafter referred to as "HVZ AKU"), while the contracting authority undertakes to purchase at least 7 sets of HVZ AKU, for which it has allocated funds. Additional sets of HZV AKU up to a maximum total of 14 sad will be removed by the contracting authority in the event that, in accordance with legitimate expectations, it is allocated additional funds from the damage prevention fund for the year 2023.
