• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the service of air-conditioning, air-conditioning, cooling, freezing and ventilation equipment located in the premises of the client's headquarters in Prague 4. In addition to preventive inspections, the subject is also the provision of continuous emergency service and service interventions. The supplier shall submit one offer including the total annual price for the supply of the service. Information on all equipment with location, type, manufacturer, cooling medium, inspection period or equipment age is detailed in Appendix No. 6 - Air conditioning_list. Technical conditions: The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of preventive inspections, service operations and possible revisions of air conditioning, air conditioning, cooling and ventilation equipment including cleaning and routine maintenance and carrying out their service repairs. The scope of work is specified in the binding draft of the model contract for the provision of services, which forms Appendix No. 2. The offer also includes an emergency emergency service available 24 hours a day. Emergency service arrival time for equipment of the 1st category of importance must be offered by the applicant within a maximum of 6 hours from the time of notification. Offers that do not meet this condition will be rejected. For devices of the 2nd importance category, the customer sets a maximum delivery time of 48 hours. Only the offered travel time for the 1st category of importance will be the subject of evaluation within sub-criterion No. 2. The supplier is obliged to indicate the possible arrival time of the emergency service at least in the length of the actual travel time of the service vehicle between the headquarters or branch office emergency services and the principal's seat.
