- - Purchase of durable double -sided protective covers for Apple iPhone SE (2022) according to the expected required quantity and according to the type indicated in Annex 1 called “The price offer of double -sided protective covers for the Apple iPhone SE 64 GB (2022), which is published in the tender in the national electronic instrument (hereinafter referred to as "non"); (see Framework Agreement - hereinafter referred to as "RD" Article II/1, 2) - Annex 1 will be an integral part of the concluded contract, as annex number one to the contract/framework purchase agreement; (see RD Article II/2) - with the selected participant in the tendering procedure will be concluded a framework purchase agreement for the supply of goods; - specific unit of the required goods - piece (pcs); - the validity of the contract will be from a bilateral signature of the contract and effect from publication in the register of contracts by 31 May 2026, or until the maximum framework of the contract is exhausted, or until the central contract is concluded; (See RD Article XIII/6, IV/2)
