- Description :
- - purchase of the service of providing general educational courses and seminars in the field of legal and economic knowledge, provided in the capital city of Prague, for employees of the Real Estate Management Agency (hereinafter referred to as "AHNM") during the years 2024-2025 (from 1 January 2024 to 31 January 2025). December 2025 or until finframework agreement);
- the supplier will conduct all required courses exclusively in the capital city of Prague;
- the courses provided will be conducted for AHNM employees in accordance with the price offer listed in Appendix No. 1 - "Price Offer", which is Appendix No. 1 to the contract with the participant in the procurement processby her (hereinafter referred to as "ZŘ") (supplier) who submits the most economically advantageous offer;
- part of Annex No. 1 of the price offer to the framework agreement are the courses offered by the supplier for the first half of 2024, which the supplier fills in on individual sheets of the Microsoft Excel file "Price offer" for each uvegiven area, according to Excel sheets (in accordance with point 2b) 1-6), i.e. with the specific name of the course, its focus, the date of the course, the lecturer, the location of the course and the web link (hypertext link) where the course is publicly available to others interested party;
- unit of measurement for required services is hour nand a person;
- a multi-year framework agreement (contract) for the services provided will be concluded with the selected participant of the ZŘ (supplier);
- fulfillment of the framework agreement will take place on the basis of partial orders from the customer during the validity of the framework agreement;
- the contracting authority requests the conclusion of a framework agreement in electricalthe Nice market on the basis of a guaranteed electronic signature (valid). According to Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, from 20 September 2018, all public signatories must sign documents only with a qualified electronic signature, which means that the qualified certificate must bet stored in a qualified means for creating electronic signatures;
- the contracting party signs the agreement exclusively as the last one. (General Terms and Conditions - hereinafter referred to as "GTC" Article 15;
- we require the selection of a supplier in the electronic market to be carried out from the territory of the entire Czech Republic on the condition that the service providerovat in the capital city of Prague; - Documents :
