- Purchase of services for the performance of service work, maintenance, repairs, towing and assistance services for Škoda and VW vehicles classified in categories M1 and N1, which are in accordance with Decree No. 341/2014 Coll. on the approval of technical competence and on the technical conditions for the operation of vehicles on roadsch, and are in the records of the Real Estate Management Agency.
The current overview of Škoda and VW vehicle types according to performance, years of manufacture and VIN will be published in the tender conditions for this tender procedure.
During the validity of the framework agreement, the number and type series of vehicles may change according to current needseb of the customer.
Attachment No. 1 to the contract is the Price offer for service work, maintenance, repairs, towing and assistance services for Škoda and VW vehicles of category M1 and N1, which the supplier will fill out in his offer. The offer prices and the prices stated in the price offer are unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationshipoh
The volumes and numbers indicated by the contracting authority in the price offer are non-binding and serve only to select the most suitable supplier.
We require the selection of a supplier in the electronic market to be carried out from the whole of the Czech Republic, with the fact that, in order to save operating costs, we require a limitation of the location of the establishment (service) for the Olomo regionuc as the place of performance of the service at a maximum distance of up to 30 km from the center of Olomouc (measured according to https://mapy.cz with traffic, "without ticking", avoid paid sections). The supplier fills in the place of performance of the service in the draft framework agreement.
A framework agreement (contract) will be concluded with the selected supplier onproviding services in the Olomouc region. The contracting party requests the conclusion of a framework agreement in the electronic marketplace on the basis of a guaranteed (valid) electronic signature.
