- The purchase of a service to carry out service work, maintenance and repairs of DVHM type forklift trucks, which are kept in the records of the Real Estate Management Agency.
The current overview of DVHM forklift trucks will be published in the tender conditions for this procurement procedure.
Specific forkliftcarts will be specified by the customer in a written order for specific services.
During the validity of the framework agreement, the number and type series of forklift trucks may change according to the client's current needs.
Attachment No. 1 to the contract is the Price offer for service work, maintenance and repairs, forkliftsof DVHM type trolleys, which the supplier fills in his offer. The offer prices and the prices stated in the price offer are unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
The volumes and numbers indicated by the contracting authority in the price offer are non-binding and serve only to select the most suitable supplier.
Selection of supplierin the electronic marketplace, we request to perform from the entire Czech Republic, with the fact that, in order to save operating costs, we require the restriction of the location of the establishment (service) for the Prague region as a place of service performance within a maximum distance of 50 km from the center of Prague (measured according to https://mapy.cz with traffic, "unchecked" Avoidpaid sections).
The supplier fills in the place of service performance in the draft framework agreement A framework agreement (contract) for the provision of services in the Prague region will be concluded with the selected supplier. The contracting party requests the conclusion of a framework agreement in the electronic marketplace on the basis of a guaranteed electronic signature (plate).
