- Purchase of service for the performance of service work, maintenance and repairs of UNC 060 loaders, which are kept in the records of the Real Estate Management Agency.
The current overview of UNC 060 loaders will be published in the tender conditions for this tender procedure.
Specific UNC 060 loaders will be ordered by sspecified in the written order for specific services.
During the validity of the framework agreement, the number and type series of loaders may change according to the client's current needs.
Attachment No. 1 to the contract is the Price offer for service work, maintenance and repairs of UNC 060 loaders, which the supplier will fill inmenu. The offer prices and the prices stated in the price offer are unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
The volumes and numbers indicated by the contracting authority in the price offer are non-binding and serve only to select the most suitable supplier.
We require the selection of a supplier in the electronic market to be made from the whole of the Czech Republic withby the fact that, due to savings in operating costs, we require the restriction of the location of the establishment (service) for the Prague region as a place of service performance within a maximum distance of 50 km from the center of Prague (measured according to https://mapy.cz with traffic, "without a checkmark" Avoid paid sections).
The supplier fills in the place of servicein the draft framework agreement. A framework agreement (contract) for the provision of services in the Prague region will be concluded with the selected supplier. The contracting party requests the conclusion of a framework agreement in the electronic marketplace on the basis of a guaranteed (valid) electronic signature. The contracting party signs the agreement exclusively as Mrthe last one. - Documents :
