• Description:
• - purchase of a tool, according to the description and required parameters, which are listed in the application. 1 with the name Price offer above a tool. The price of the offer will be flat. 1 to the conclusion of limited agreements (according to RD only), which will be published in the NEN electronic tool for all women - area. 1 (the sample) will be closed by the RD, as its area; /RD p. 2 l. II. paragraph 2./ - secondly, the pieces in the price offer are listed only as planned, i.e. unweighted and may be changed by the customer in the course of the full RD; /RD p. 2 l. II. paragraph 2./ - full RD will be take into account the customer's outstanding orders during the duration of the contract (RD); /RD p. 2 l. II. paragraph 1./ - the customer reserves the right to purchase other items not listed in the price offer (sample), if necessary, on the condition that a market survey is carried out first to oven price in city and ase; /RD p. 2 l. II. paragraph 5./ - a formal agreement (contract) will be concluded with the selected supplier for the supply of assets (sbo); /RD page 1 header/ - the prices indicated by the supplier in the price offer (sample) are considered and do not change for the entire period of full RD; /RD p. 3 l. III. paragraph 1./ - the validity of the RD will be from the signing of the contract until December 31, 2029, or until the expiration of the maximum term of the contract or until the expiration of the central contract; /RD p. 3 l. IV. paragraph 2./ - for the supplier, we suggest making it from the land of customs R;
