Subject: PublicThe contract is to provide consultancy and processing of environmental studies for Projects of the Prague Development Company, a contribution organization (PDS) in the locations of Nove Dvory, Dolni Počernice, Horni Počernice, Palmovka. Consulting and Environmental studies for individual Projects will include - Simulaassessment and assessment of wind flow within the area under consideration, draft recommendations; - Simulation and evaluation of solar radiation within the addressed area, proposal of recommendations; - Simulation and evaluation of lighting, shading and user comfort of the main public spaces, proposal of recommendations; - A study of the amount of precipitationof water, draft recommendations For individual projects (i) Nove Dvory project (ii) Horni Počernice project (iii) Dolni Počernice project (iv) Palmovka project - Documents :
