- The subject of the public contract is the supply of HW and SW solutions in the range: 1) Performance extension and ensuring the redundancy of the system for collection and work with logos. 2) Delivery of the tool for detecting security threats and network level problems that will ensure their forensic analysis. 3) Services related to the delivery of the subject of performance vz. 4) Standard operation support for 60 months. In such a way as to ensure the readiness of the contracting authority for the legal obligations arising from the NIS2 Directive (Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2022/2555 of 14 December 2022 on measures to ensure a high common level of cyber security in the Union. Part of the performance are services associated with delivery, installation and configuration, setting and consolidation and integration of the subject of delivery and its future operation in the technological environment of the contracting authority. The delivery must also include the processing of the target concept and training of the operator (administrators) of the contracting authority. The fulfillment of the public contract also includes standard warranty support to the scope according to the requirements specified in the technical specification for all supplied SW licenses, services and work according to the conditions of the contract for the provision of operational support.
