Description: The subject of this public contract from the supplier, as the contractor, is based on the Framework Contract for the Work (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), as the Client according to the guidelines and in accordance with the contractually negotiating schedule of the work of administration, common Maintenance, operation and repair of public, Christmas and festive lighting, collectors and energy sources (in summary only "Managed equipment") in the territory of the statutory city of Teplice. The scope of individual performance is determined by both the definition of activities falling within the administration, routine maintenance, operation and repair of the managed equipment, further will be determined by individual guidelines, schedules or challenges of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "Work").
