Description: The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 of the Act, the following will be the procedure defined in the Framework Agreement in the Framework Agreement entered by public contracts for Equipment Series 841.2, a closer definition of Annex No. 1 binding pattern of the Framework Agreement. which is Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation, for a total of 23 railway rolling stock contracting authority of the ETCS application level of Level 2 (L2) compliant 3 (Baseline 3) in version 3.6.0, according to the technical specifications of ERA in accordance With technical specifications for interoperability under the European Commission Regulation no. 2016/919 (TSI-CCS) and in accordance with other applicable legislation and the National Implementation Plan ERTMS in the Czech railway system.
