Description:
The subject of the public order is the supply and implementation of a system for managing and managing privileged accounts - PIM/PAM (i.e. "Privileged Identity Management" and "Privileged Access Management") in the KU MSK environment, which will ensure a uniform process for accessing privileged accounts, including monitoring of operations formaintained under these accounts with a link to the specific administrator who is currently using the account. The requirement to manage privileged accounts is also based on Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security and on the amendment of related laws (Cyber Security Act), as amended(hereinafter referred to as "ZoKB"), Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., on security measures, cyber security incidents, reactive measures, submission requirements in the field of cyber security and data disposal (decree on cyber security) and from the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
Delivery and implementation afterof the required system can be implemented:
•as a stand-alone system in the MSK KU environment, or
•as an extension of the existing IBM Security Verify Priviledge Vault system, which is intended for the management of privileged hospital accounts and is operated in the environment of the Technology Center of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
