(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of the public contract is the acquisition of a secure storage of secondary data. Secure data storage will securely store secondary data (primary data backups and archive data) in Seouladu with the recommendations of the National Office for Cyber and Information Security (hereinafter referred to as "NUKIB") in the field of cyber security. It must meet high security requirements to ensure data privacy, data access control and protection against cyber threats. It must support personalizationand data access audit, data encryption, patch management, prevention of overwriting of historical data, integrated antivirus protection, ransomware detection. A secure data store will store secondary data securely(backup copy of primary data and archive data) in accordance with the recommendations of the National Office for Cyber and Information Security (hereinafter referred to as "NUKIB") in the field of cyber security. It must meet high security requirements to ensure data privacy, data access control and protection againstcyber threats. It must support personalization and auditing of data access, data encryption, patch management, historical data overwriting prevention, integrated antivirus protection, ransomware detection.
