  • Description :
  • The subject of the performance of the public order is:
    1) Execution of the Work, which includes:
    a) Development and handover of the implementation project, which will contain a detailed proposal for the implementation (i.e. introduction) and integration of software equipment into the IS VZP CR (hereinafter also referred to as " Implementation Project' or 'IP').
    b)Deliverysoftware equipment, i.e. a package solution of an electronic attendance system.
    c) Carrying out the implementation of software equipment into IS VZP ČR incl. the necessary configuration, customization and integration to the surrounding IS VZP CR systems.
    d) Delivery of relevant related documentation, namely project documentation, usesbody documentation, administrator documentation, installation documentation and communication interface documentation.
    e) Training of administrators and users in the specified scope.
    2) Provision of licenses, which includes:
    a) Provision of licenses in the basic scope, i.e. licenses with the Agreement are provided for a period lastedi of copyright property rights in the license scope for 4,000 users (i.e. the Customer's employees).ednatele).
    3) Providing support that includes:
    a)Support paid in the form of a flat rate (hereinafter referred to as "Support within the flat rate"), which includes:
    •solving incidents,
    •maintenance and
    •consulting services (to the maximum extent 120 man-hours for 48 months of support provision)
