- The subject of this public contract is the supply of software (licensed) equipment, which is specified in more detail in Annex No. 9 of this procurement documentation on the Technical Specification sheet.
With regard to the sustainability period of the project, the client requires a minimum period of 5 (five) years, for which the software must be equipment - license active.
b) and § 89 of the ZZVZ stipulates as one of the technical conditions of performance a list of manufacturers whose products are inadmissible for the performance of this public contract.
It is the following Manufacturer: Huawei, ZTE Technologies, Motorola, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, RealMe, TCL, Meizu, Honor, UMIDIGI, oogee, LeEco, YotaPhone, Infinix, Tecno Mobile, Cubot, Zopo Mobil.
In this context, the contracting authority points out that if a supplier participating in the procurement procedure offers performance that, despite the explicit prohibition stated in this procurement documentation contains the products of the manufacturers concerned, the contracting authority will be excluded from the procurement procedure for non-fulfillment of the procurement conditions (with reference to § 48 paragraph 2 letter a) ZZVZ).
