- The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 1 piece of a new endoscopic tower. The detailed technical specification is given in Appendix No. 1 Technical specification. The device must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the client in the technical specification. The participant adds a value to the technical specificationof the required parameter for the offered system. Within the scope of the technical parameters listed in Appendix No. 1 of the tender documentation, for parameters that are not defined, the max., min. or range, a deviation of 10% from the required fixed value is allowed.
The delivery also includes:
-transport,
-assembly,
-installation,
-amendment,
-instruction according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Medical Devices Act"),
-warranty service for the duration at least 24 months,
-handover of documents which are toapply to the goods in question (delivery note or handover report, operating instructions in the Czech language /paper version or version on CD or USB/, CE certificate or declaration of conformity according to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended laterregulations, briefing protocol according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended.
