- The subject of the public contract is divided into 6 parts in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, namely:
PART 1: Blood recuperator (internal number VZ: 2022_070_01_00)
PART 2: Devices for extracorporeal circulation (internal number VZ: 2022_070_02_00)
PART 3 : Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation (internal VZ number: 2022_070_03_00)
PART 4: Hemodynamic measuring device (VZ internal number: 2022_070_04_00)
PART 5: ECMO (VZ internal number: 2022_070_05_00)
PART 6: Thoracoscopy endoscopic tower (VZ internal number: 2022_070_06_00)
Detailed technical specification is given in Annex No. 1 a) to f) Technical specification forpart 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The devices must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the contracting authority in the technical specification for individual parts of the public contract. For part no. 6, it applies that within the scope of the technical parameters listed in appendix no. 1 f) of the tender documentation, for parameters that are not defupdated max., min. or range, a deviation of 10% from the required fixed value is allowed.
The client requires the supply of new devices, does not allow the possibility of the supply of refurbished devices.
