Description: The subject of the public contract is:
(a) the design of the work consisting in the design, development, delivery and implementation of the Privatix II Information System (hereinafter referred to as "IS Privatix II"), including detailed analysis, system integration, data migration, testing, system modifications, system documentation, training and providing needed User and ownership rights and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Work"),
(b) making the work changes before it is completed in the range of up to 100 females,
(c) providing management and maintenance services (service services) IS PRIVATIX II A
(d) Providing IS PrivatiX II Development Services, the upper limit of the number of man-or-in-laws for development services is set at 35 personnel per year, with the possibility of transferring the unused quantities of these personnel into the following calendar year.
The subject of performance is described in detail in the proposal for a contract, which is Annex 1, ZD, in particular Article III. Object of the contract. The subject of this public contract is not the supply of hardware.
