Description:
The subject of this public contract is the procurement of an electronic file service system in the sense of Act No. 499/2004 Coll., the Act on Archives and File Service and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended for the performance of the client's file service, meeting the requirements of this Act and functional, security, as well as as well as the other requirements of the contracting authority specified in the terms and conditions of this public contract (hereinafter referred to as "eSSL"), installation of eSSL on the contracting authority's infrastructure, its deployment, integration with surrounding systems, data migration (from the existing system of the contracting authority's file service), delivery of comprehensive documentation, implementation of training and support of eSSL operation.
The subject of this public contract may also be the development of eSSL, the provision of relocation (change of installation location, including related requirements) or the controlled termination of eSSL operation support (exit strategy and its implementation).
