- The subject of the public contract is the supply of battery electric vehicles of the relevant technical specifications.
The public contract is divided into three parts:
Part I.: Supply of 3 pieces (three pieces) of new M1 category electric cars with 5 (five) seats according to the technical specification , which forms theSection A of the draft purchase contract according to Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation;
Part II.: Delivery of 1 piece (one piece) of a new M1 category electric car with 7 (seven) seats according to the technical specification that forms Annex A of the draft purchase contract according to Appendix No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
PartIII.: Delivery of 3 units (three units) of new box trucks of category N1 with electric drive according to the technical specification, which forms Annex A of the draft purchase contract according to Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
The subject of the public contract (in each of the specified parts) are further related deliveries and slgoods for which the obligation to deliver or to provide them follows
for part I of the public contract from the draft purchase contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation, including its Annex A;
for part II. public procurement from the draft purchase contract, which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation, including its Annex A;
for part III. public procurement from the draft purchase contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation, including its Annex A.
