- The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 piece of a new multi -seat vehicle with electro -drive category M1 for the Social Rehabilitation Team Sokolov. The car will be used to perform field social care, especially for the transport of social workers for clients and transport of clients of social rehabilitation Sokolov to group activities. A detailed description of the subject of performance of the public contract with the minimum required parameters and properties is included in Annex 1 of the tender documentation and in the text of the purchase contract. All of the award -winning conditions and parameters are the minimum requirement of the contracting authority and the suppliers are entitled to offer the contracting authorities technically and comparable or better solutions to the subject of the contract. The public contract is co -financed by the European Union from the Integrated Regional Operational Program, Reg. The supplier will realize the subject of the contract on the basis of the contract and according to the highest standards of professional efficiency and quality. The supplier will respect the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic in the implementation of the fulfillment of the public contract.
