• Description:
• This is a secure location of PHM cards for the secure operation of headquarters vehicles 14. plowp. and 141. spr., securing the transport of AR bikes in R and abroad, in the form of payment cards, which are part of the fuel refills (BA-95, NM-54, AD blue liquid, oil and liquid to the seal). The number of required cards is 6 each, see page: Considered price offer. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify or supplement the provisions of Article 46 of the Act. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement. Detailed description: 6 fuel cards - 3x R - Play 3 times per day limit: 50,000.00 K/card (with possibility of withdrawal) msn limit: 50,000.00 K/card (with possibility of withdrawal) acceptance of cards at least from t contracted companies represented in R cell, acceptance of cards at least at t contractual companies represented abroad, possibility to roll up a number of cards in parallel duration of the contract and, in exceptional cases, the possibility to withdraw other operating liquids on these cards, e.g. (oils, liquids, water to the splash), determine the fees for: issuing the card, for managing the card, for blocking the card, for using the card regardless of the frequency of use, for changing parameter on the card, service fees from 1,000.00 K for taking PH (applicants must pay VZ) minimum number of sampling cities in the R range (600 charging stations), minimum number of sampling cities in the EU (25,000 charging stations), card shop without the need for payment details, PHM removed will be paid by the client to stock issued invoices, invoicing 1x per month, issued a tax document with a detailed breakdown of the cards used (amount of liters taken, prices in K for each individual card, city and day of individual gas stations), the supplier undertakes to issue a new one withdrawal card in case of loss, theft, tampering, etc. within 10 days of being notified by the contracting authority.
