• The subject of the tender is the selection of the supplier and the conclusion of RMC agreements with the three suppliers in each public order, their offer meeting all the requirements described in the tender documentation and placing in the first places according to the order of the evaluated offer, it will be considered as a model of the Ploha. 4 this contract documentation (according to the only considered sample agreement or agreement).
